Biego was founded by individuals sharing a common vision of how a small company should be. We strive to hold true to a short list of important values which can be summed up in a single word, respect. Adhering to these values leads to a productive and pleasant environment for not just our staff but our clients as well.
Respect Clients
We believe in getting back to the basics of customer satisfaction: working closely with the client (one-to-one), understanding the client's needs, and nurturing a personal relationship. These are the keys to our success. We do not outsource and we do not work with offshore teams. We see ourselves as an extension of the client, not a team of hired hands. When our customers have a question, they call us and we are more than happy to take the time to work through any question that arises. We measure our success as much through customer satisfaction as through our financial success.
Respect Employees
Employees are a company's number one asset. At Biego, we not only believe it, we live it. Our employees are the key to our success. We understand that people need creative and technical outlets that allow them to explore their full potential. At Biego, we offer our employees the chance to practice both their practical skills as well as their personal skills. Both technical expertise and client interaction are encouraged. Of course, employees are more than mere assets. We understand that work is only a part of life, not all of life. We insist our employees keep work in the proper perspective and enjoy life outside of the office.
Respect Community
Individuals exist in communities and so do businesses. To succeed on a human level a company must share the concerns of their surrounding community. If the company culture ends where the community begins, there will be no success. At Biego, we realize that our most prized assets are our customers and our employees, both of which come from our community. To that end, we believe in giving back to the community. From high school scholarships to local volunteer opportunities, we strive to give back to the community both as a company and as individuals.
